Each week students, K-6th grade, come together in Room 311 for fellowship, games, a American Sign Language lesson, and an introduction to lesson we are studying. After our time together, students will divide by grade level and head to their Sunday School classroom to dissect the Scripture Story from the Narrative Lectionary. Teachers will follow curriculum from Spirit & Truth as we navigate the Bible and God’s love for us. Accommodations are also made for students with special needs. We do have an interpreter on staff for students with hearing impairments. All students have the opportunity to incorporate American Sign Language into their Sunday School routine.
Preschoolers, ages 2-4, will enjoy a special time together on our second floor. Each week they will dive into the Bible and follow along the Narrative Lectionary with their teacher and shepherds. Each lesson is written and designed to nurture the development of faith through age-appropriate Bible stories, activities and snacks.
Children under two will remain in the nursery during Sunday School Hour for a time a nurture and play.
